Pay the fee only on completion

Scraye charge 2.5% + VAT per let. We can handle tenancy progression (for free), or your team can — no change in fee.

Get relevant requests via email/WhatsApp. Assign yourself where available and host the applicable viewings.

£20.00 per viewing, plus a share of the commission if a let materialises — communicated to you before accepting the viewing.

Rent Club

A free programme

Renting becomes cheaper — tenants earn 3 points per £1 rent paid via Rent Club. Points can be spent on a variety of brands (Amazon, Apple, Deliveroo, Hotels.com, etc).

Deposit Share

On eligible listings

Scraye covers 85% of the deposit; the tenant pays 15%. Landlord receives the full amount on day one, protected as normal.

Guarantor and Enhanced

For a small fee

Scraye acts as the tenant's UK guarantor — even for students, new arrivals, the self-employed and Universal Credit recipients. Enhanced adds 6 months' rent paid upfront to the landlord, twice a year.

Advanced Rent

For landlords

Up to 12 months of rent paid upfront to the landlord. The tenant keeps paying monthly, and default risk sits with Scraye.

Bonus programme

Check-in

Build a daily bonus that grows with every deal you close — and unlock it by introducing a let this month.

    Visit the Agent Portal daily and click the check-in button.

    Every check-in accrues an amount that goes towards your monthly bonus.

    Unlock it by introducing a let starting that month.
How it works

Check in once a day to bank £8.00 × deals closed this month. The more deals you close, the higher your daily bonus. Paid on or around the 25th of the following month.
